Respiratory Status
Imaging between July 8th and July 13th showed a progression and subsequent resolution of right upper lobe pneumonia and consolidation, with recent findings of a small left basal pleural effusion and atelectasis. Oxygen requirements have been successfully weaned from 3L to 2L, with plans for discharge off oxygen.
Physical and Treatment Updates
The patient experienced scrotal and penile swelling, received a dosage increase for Lasix, and required wound care for an injured big toe. The patient is a known bilateral amputee with a previous left below-knee amputation recorded in 2025.
