Cara begins to describe her mystical experience, which occurred about five years ago during the hypnagogic state between wakefulness and sleep. She felt her consciousness rising, thinning out through different densities, past visions and golden lines, until she reached a void-like space where she was pure awareness without a physical body. In this space, she perceived an enormous sphere of light, which she understood to be her Creator Being.
Cara then noticed a tiny, distant light, which she identified as her 'little human Cara' or ego. She observed a constant communication: the small light (human self) would change in brightness and clarity, and the enormous Creator Being light would immediately mirror these changes. This dynamic illustrated a direct reflection of the human's state of being onto their higher self and, consequently, their reality. There was no questioning or interpretation; the understanding was immediate and intrinsic.
Cara interprets this visual as a profound representation of the Law of Attraction, magnetism, manifestation, or resonance – the idea that 'you receive what you send.' She explains that our external reality reflects our inner state of being. For instance, being in a joyful, grateful, and high-vibration state causes our 'light' to shine brightly, which is mirrored by the Creator Being, resulting in positive experiences. Conversely, a negative mood diminishes our light, attracting corresponding negative experiences. This process occurs regardless of conscious awareness of these spiritual laws.
A crucial insight from her experience was the absolute absence of judgment from the Creator Being. It was a neutral mechanism of sending and receiving, purely reflecting the human self's state without disappointment or disapproval. Cara emphasizes that any shame, guilt, or self-judgment for past 'mistakes' comes solely from within us, not from higher realms. This understanding encourages releasing such negative emotions, as they only dim our light in the present moment.
