The final challenge involves navigating a maze at Blenheim Palace to find a prize. Josh and Jamie win the maze challenge, receiving new iPhones. The video concludes with reflections on the road trip, the challenges, and the camaraderie of the Sidemen.
The Sidemen begin their road trip, starting with modern cars. The first challenge is to give three volunteers the best mullet haircuts in 5 minutes to determine the car picking order. Harry and JJ win this challenge by actually cutting hair, while other teams are too hesitant.
Josh and Jamie pick a Mini Cooper, Ethan and Vic take a van, and Harry and JJ end up with a Rolls-Royce. Their first on-route task is to recreate an internet challenge: Harlem Shake, Ice Bucket, Gangnam Style, Cinnamon Challenge, or Planking. Harry and JJ attempt an elaborate Harlem Shake in a supermarket. Josh and Jamie try the Cinnamon Challenge, while Ethan planks on a mailbox.
The teams compete in a 'Baby Olympics' involving hammer throwing baby dolls. Harry and JJ win, earning first pick for the 2000s and 2010s cars. Josh and Jamie attempt to creatively destroy a brick phone, taking it to a hardware store to smash it and then attempting to blend it. Ethan and Vic also try to destroy their phone.
The Sidemen switch to cars from the 2000s and 2010s. Josh and Jamie choose a modern modified car, Harry and JJ pick a Micra with a samurai sword gearstick, and Ethan and Vic get a Volkswagen, affectionately named 'Chris Martin'. Their challenge is to inventively destroy a brick phone. Josh and Jamie succeed by creating a 'Nokia shake' with a blender, winning this round.
The teams switch to 80s and 90s cars. Josh and Jamie chose a Porsche Targa, Harry and JJ a Micra, and Ethan and Vic a BMW. They participate in a real-life Pedal Pac-Man game to collect cones while being chased. Josh and Jamie win this round.
The teams switch to 70s cars. Their next mini-challenge is to find 'Wally' along their route. This becomes a comedic chase with multiple Wally sightings. Ethan and Vic ultimately win this challenge due to finding the most Wallys. The main challenge involves making an 'Elvis Sandwich' in a porta-potty while tied back-to-back.
The Sidemen get their 70s cars: Ethan and Vic choose a Ferrari, Harry and JJ another Ferrari (a 308 GTS), and Josh and Jamie a smaller, more modest car. Their mini-challenge is to inflate a space hopper without it leaving the car. Harry and JJ struggle with a punctured space hopper, leading to comedic failure and a lot of effort.
The teams compete in a military-style obstacle course. Jamie wins this challenge easily, securing the first pick for the final set of cars from the 1920s. The last cars are revealed, and each team tries to adapt to the ancient vehicles. Josh and Jamie end up with a classic car with no seatbelts, leading to comical struggles with driving and the archaic controls.
