Drummer then announces that the lockdown has been moved to today, causing panic and a chaotic reaction, with characters making light of handwashing.
Drummer discovers the toilet paper roll is completely gone, leading to a frantic search. Brainrot Bruce suggests an 'alternative form of wiping' to Plankton, horrifying others. Knuckles proposes getting more paper, which Drummer supports. The group, led by Brainrot Bruce, decides to go out to find more toilet paper.
The group arrives at a store, where Johnny Calif expresses discomfort. Brainrot Bruce instructs them to look for paper towels to help Drummer. They are then confronted by Hopper, who warns them about strict store rules, including 'no jerking off' and 'no listening to Queen'. Brainrot Bruce argues with Hopper and is declared dog meat.
After escaping Hopper, Brainrot Bruce encounters a Tails Clone, who reveals 'hoarding is our speciality' for toilet paper. Bruce receives a text from Drummer asking about the toilet paper. Bruce informs Drummer that Tails Clone got to the toilet paper first, leaving Drummer without.
Drummer, frustrated, falsely accuses Brainrot Bruce of having COVID-19 after Bruce eats Drummer's Legos. Tom and others panic when Drummer points out Bruce didn't wash his hands. The group, afraid of contagion, kicks Bruce out of their gathering.
Sang Woo expresses his inability to help, while Drummer Moon makes an offensive comment about Lynn Jr. Brainrot Bruce later encounters Sang Woo and declares himself infected, but Sang Woo reveals they are also infected. The video ends with Tails Clone finding the towel and celebrating with Eggman.
