CoopNexus is a web and mobile management system that automates key cooperative operations such as loan lifecycles, benefit distribution, membership applications, and election processes. It features a member-facing mobile portal for tracking personal information and receiving push notifications.

The system utilizes a private blockchain to record critical transactions like loan approvals, payments, and attendance. This creates an immutable audit trail, ensuring data integrity, transparency, and accountability while preventing unauthorized tampering.

Current constraints include a lack of real-time financial transaction processing, no AI-based risk assessment for loans, exclusive support for a single-cooperative environment, and mobile access limited to Android. Additionally, the system requires a constant network connection and currently operates on a local private blockchain.
