Johnny and Dookie are bored in Porkbelly, so they head to the lab where their latest experiment accidentally opens a vortex to another dimension, sucking them into a new reality.
Johnny and Dookie realize they are in 'Le Belly', a mirror-image town. They meet their counterparts, Joanie and Dookie, who are gender-swapped versions of themselves.
The pairs bond over pranks and video games, but soon face threats from alternate-dimension versions of their enemies who plan to take over the town using high-tech gadgets.
The original Susan and Mary use a DNA locator to find Johnny and Dookie. They intervene in the conflict, turning the cats back into humans and effectively sending the duo back to their own dimension.
Johnny reflects on his near-kiss experience, deciding he is not ready for a relationship and concludes that what happens in an alternate universe should stay there.
