We exist on three main planes: spiritual, mental, and physical. Everything happens in the 'now' moment. Our perception creates the concept of past and future, but these are merely brought into the present. Worrying about the future or regretting the past means we're bringing those events into our current experience. Finding peace involves focusing on the 'now' where nothing is inherently wrong.
To jump timelines, we create the 'now' moment of the life we desire. The only reason we haven't achieved this is due to self-limiting stories that justify why we can't have it. Memories are recreated, and often reinforce feelings of being stuck. By letting go of old memories and programming, and being told a new, incredible story about ourselves, we can start embodying that new version.
Stepping into a new reality primarily requires a decision to be that new person. This involves walking, talking, thinking, and acting like them, not just pretending. Knowing yourself to be rich, wonderful, lovable, and talented reinforces a positive behavioral cycle: beliefs create thoughts, thoughts create feelings, feelings create actions, and actions create results, which in turn reinforce the belief.
You are the author of your life and get to write your own script. To instantly step into a new reality, be that reality now and continually tell yourself that story without contradiction. Stop justifying why you can't have what you want. If a complete identity shift feels too big, start by simply not contradicting the life you desire. Identify what you want and stop telling stories that go against it.
