Erika shares her personal experience of dealing with a third party, acknowledging the feelings of upset, jealousy, betrayal, and anger. She emphasizes that in manifestation, you are in control and can change any circumstance, including removing a third party for good.
The first step is to let go of feelings of inadequacy or comparing yourself to the third party. Instead, uplift yourself by affirming that you are amazing, a great partner, deserving of love, and the only one your person chooses. As the creator of your reality, you decide who is in your life.
Stop focusing on the third party, especially by checking social media, as this only gives energy and life to what you don't want. The 3D reality is a projection of old thoughts. Instead, actively declare that the third party is gone and they are not part of your life. The more you remove your focus from them, the more they will fade away.
Take back your power by knowing that what you desire is yours. Giving it to someone else comes from a mentality of lack. Erika references Neville Goddard's 'Your Faith Is Your Fortune' chapter on 'The Principle of Truth,' highlighting that consciousness is the resurrection and life, meaning whatever you are conscious of being, you experience. This knowledge brings freedom to create the reality you desire.
To get rid of a third party, shift your consciousness to being the chosen and only one. Remain consistently in this state of consciousness until it becomes your nature. Neville Goddard states that you 'cannot serve two masters,' meaning you cannot hold opposing states of consciousness simultaneously. Choose the desired state and persist in it, not reacting to the 3D, and it will manifest.
It's okay to feel sad or angry, but emotions don't manifest – thoughts do. Allow yourself to feel, then return to your mental diet. Engage in activities like meditation, exercise, breathing techniques, or EFT tapping to feel better. Once you feel better, persist in telling yourself you are the only one, and your person wants you and only you; they have no choice but to reflect this belief.
