Summary

Dark, unnatural clouds block the sun and ruin the summer day. The heroes track the source to a water tank and realize Luna Girl is creating a massive storm to ruin everyone's fun.

Part 4: Overcoming the Fear of Water00:16:34

Luna Girl uses rain clouds to manipulate Catboy, who hates getting wet. To succeed, Catboy must overcome his fear, work with Owlette and Gekko, and use the Luna Magnet to reverse the clouds, saving the sunshine for the city.
