Little Bill unexpectedly appears in the UK, interrupting Mr. Bean and Mrs. Wicket. He demands that Mr. Bean terminate his show, claiming it is horrible and he hates it. Mr. Bean asserts that his show is popular and hilarious, having been created in 1990.
Mrs. Wicket agrees with Mr. Bean, stating that many people, including Americans, enjoy his show. Little Bill continues to insult Mr. Bean's show, criticizing its supposed lack of modern technology, to which Mr. Bean responds that he will incorporate smartphones in the future.
Annoyed, Mr. Bean and Mrs. Wicket demand Little Bill's parents' phone number. After initially refusing, Little Bill relents. When his parents arrive, they are informed of Little Bill's behavior. Little Bill's parents scold him for trying to force Mr. Bean to terminate his popular and funny show, grounding him for "1000 centuries."
After Little Bill is taken away, Mr. Bean offers to help Mrs. Wicket plant her garden, showing his kind nature.
