Business Analyst Role Summary

Conduct requirement verification and validation sessions to accurately map business and functional needs.

Perform impact, risk, and gap analysis, reviewing test plans, test cases, and traceability to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Translate high-level requirements into detailed functional specifications for development teams, ensuring features are iteratively added to maximize value within time and budget constraints.

Develop high-level and low-level process flows and maintain a refined backlog to ensure user stories are consistently sprint-ready.

Develop key artifacts such as System Requirement Documents (SRS), Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM), and Functional Specification Documents (FSD), while also overseeing the defect remediation process.
