We Invested In The UK’s Weirdest Products

The Introduction and The Dragons00:00:01

The video opens with a parody of 'Dragon's Den' where four hosts, who claim to have a combined net worth of 10 trillion (verified by no one), prepare to invest in 'Britain's brightest business minds'. They introduce themselves with satirical backstories involving fake wealth and questionable business practices.

Pitch 1: The Earth Pod00:03:26

A single father pitches 'Earth Pod', a device designed to let children 'touch grass' while being dragged by their parents. Despite the alarming safety demonstrations involving a child and stairs, the dragons are impressed by his audacity and secure a deal, though they have conflicting visions for the product's future.

Pitch 2: Goodfriend.com00:13:08

Casper Lee pitches 'Goodfriend.com', a platform to monetize famous friends by having them film personalized messages. The pitch devolves into a bizarre negotiation involving his mother, resulting in a deal where the dragons agree to promote the service in exchange for thumbnail services and cameo appearances on his channel.

Pitch 3: Splits for Sits00:31:03

Jamie B. Naughty AP introduces 'Splits for Sits', a seat-saving service where performers do the splits to block chairs until the client arrives. The dragons are amused by the unique and physically demanding demonstration and agree to invest in her 'gangster granny' army.

Pitch 4: Rush World Festival00:44:59

Jando pitches 'Rush World', an immersive, technically illegal music festival hosted in a Darlington back garden. After discussing the logistics of avoiding laws and making profits through t-shirt sales, two dragons agree to invest, humorously suggesting the use of cutlery for dealing with council members.
