A hypnotist enters the box, explaining the process involves a state of heightened focus. He successfully hypnotizes both KSI and Deji, making KSI believe he is a passionate Tottenham Hotspurs fan. After waking them up, KSI insists he doesn't love Tottenham, but the hypnotist's suggestion briefly takes hold, causing KSI to express affection for the team. The hypnotist also plants a post-hypnotic suggestion that if anyone says the word 'Prime,' they will have an urge to rub that person, which later comes into play as a recurring gag.
The next challenge involves massaging an old, hairy man. Deji takes the back, while KSI reluctantly massages his glutes. The hypnotist's earlier suggestion about 'Prime' is activated when the old man says the word, causing both brothers to exhibit strange behavior. They successfully complete the task, reducing their time by 20 minutes.
A cannon appears, shooting baby powder at one of the brothers. They decide to take turns. The cannon challenge is completed, reducing their time.
A treadmill and exercise bike are introduced. Each minute of exercise reduces double the time. They both take turns, pushing each other to work out, even with live musical accompaniment. After 15 minutes of combined exercise, they reduce 30 minutes from the clock.
They receive a suitcase of 'lost luggage,' which contains personal items and a revealing dress. The challenge is for one of them to wear the dress for a full hour to gain 2 hours off their time. Deji tries it on, but it doesn't fit properly. Their mother makes a surprise appearance, expressing her disapproval of the dress and a letter intended for 'Owen.' A spelling game begins, where wrong answers result in a belt buckle hit to the behind. Both brothers struggle with spelling difficult words, leading to several painful swatting. The challenge earns them a 45-minute reduction.
A table with a full meal appears, but is quickly taken away when they are ordered to press another button. A fridge appears, but to open it, they must complete a challenge. A man in a full furry suit enters, and one of them must put on a smaller partial furry head. The interaction becomes a bizarre rap battle where the Furry belittles them, insulting their fighting skills. They earn 15 minutes off for completing the 'furry' challenge.
To open the fridge, they must find a key inside a box filled with cockroaches. Deji, terrified of bugs, refuses to participate, and KSI is also too scared. They fail the challenge, adding 3 hours to their timer. Afterward, they receive a Prime protein shake as a consolation prize.
A woman brings in a parrot, and the challenge is for them to let the parrot perch on their hand and repeat a word. The parrot pecks them, drawing blood from Deji. They complete the challenge, receiving a 10-minute time reduction.
They play a game of FIFA where the loser removes an item of clothing. After losing, KSI has to remove his bandanna, revealing his large forehead. This leads to the next segment.
A representative from the 'UK's Largest Forehead Association' enters to measure KSI's forehead. Measuring just under 6 inches, KSI is inducted into the association, signifying a large forehead. After this, Deji has to try on a crop top that says 'All Tits, No Brains,' but doesn't receive a treat for it.
They are forced to play a scary video game. They are constantly startled throughout the game, with Deji jumping out of his skin multiple times. The intense session earns them 10 minutes off.
KSI and Deji are given goth outfits and makeup. They then participate in a metal screaming lesson, attempting to mimic various extreme vocalizations and scream phrases like 'I want to kill my mom and dad.' They earn 3 hours off their time.
A yoga instructor demonstrates poses, and if either of them fails to hold a pose, they get a fart sound effect played on them. They struggle with the poses, leading to many fart sounds. They reduce their time by 20 minutes.
Krump dancers enter the box, performing an aggressive dance and then teaching KSI and Deji some moves. The brothers then engage in a krump dance-off. The dance-off earns them an hour time reduction.
A group of rabbits is released into the box. The rabbits eventually, to their disgust, start urinating everywhere. The challenge is followed by an arm wrestling match for a Chinese takeaway, which Deji forfeits. The takeaway is then delivered but only for KSI. This leads to more exercise, with a loud opera singer as their coach and rabbit urine on the floor.
Blindfolded, they must jump into boxes containing mystery substances. Substances include feathers, raw eggs, and a box of Legos. The LEGO box is particularly painful for KSI, but Deji gets lucky with marshmallows. This challenge takes off 1 hour from their time.
They become barbers for each other. Deji cuts KSI's hair, giving him a "burst fade" that results in a very short, bleached look. The challenge is successful, reducing 1 hour from their time.
A comfortable bed is brought in, tempting them to sleep and delay their escape. Then, KSI is given his old golden outfit from his music video and asked to dance on the bed. He reluctantly dances, but not on the bed. They receive 1 hour and 30 minutes off their timer.
Two instructors teach them how to do backflips on a crash mat. They both attempt aided backflips, with Deji facing more struggles. They earn 20 minutes off their time.
The final challenge: one of them must do a 3-minute ice plunge. If they complete it, they are free to leave. If they refuse, both forfeit the video. KSI volunteers and successfully endures the icy water, bringing the timer to zero and freeing them from the box. Deji cheers him on from outside the plunge as KSI celebrates their hard-won freedom.
