Highlights
Respiratory and Monitoring Status
The patient began HHFNC respiratory support on 12/07/2026, which was successfully discontinued by 18/07/2026. Throughout this period, the infant remained connected to cardiac monitors and was nursed in a giraffe incubator.
Feeding and Medication Progress
Feeds were administered via OGT, starting at 22ml every two hours and increasing to 24ml by 19/07/2026 with no vomiting observed. The infant is receiving Cayona and Labinic medications. KMC was performed, and by 20/07/2026, the infant was downgraded to HCB status with feeding intervals adjusted to every three hours.
