A recent workshop with Optus on Wednesday allowed for detailed discussion and clarification of issues. A screen-sharing session is scheduled within the next two working days to further understand Optus's pain points. The project team is currently processing the feedback and plans to provide a response next week.
Some of the identified challenges are planned for remediation in Releases 2 and 3. Other newly raised issues will be incorporated into future planning to determine remediation timelines. An action plan to address all Optus's concerns is expected to be finalized next week.
