How to Conquer Lust Once and For All

Lust is a strong temptation and a spiritual battle. Jesus said lusting is adultery in the heart. God provides a way out.

Like Joseph in the Bible, you must flee from tempting situations rather than trying to resist them. Run from lust and pursue righteousness.

Conquer lust by changing what you feed your mind. Focus on what is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable from Philippians 4:8.

Replace lust with a deeper desire for God. Delight in the Lord, and seek Him through prayer, scripture, and fellowship to diminish the power of lust.

Confess your sins and find an accountability partner. Temptation loses power when exposed. Seek a trusted friend or mentor.

God has given you everything you need to overcome lust. Choose to break free by applying these strategies.
