AI automatically removes backgrounds and proportionally sizes video feeds, creating a more inclusive experience.

Copilot in Whiteboard is showcased to assist team productivity. It generates new ideas based on prompts and existing content, inserting them as attributed sticky notes. Copilot can also categorize brainstormed ideas, saving significant time during meetings and accelerating the entire brainstorming process.

Customers can pre-order new Surface Hub 3 devices starting December 5th. Existing Surface Hub 2S devices can be upgraded with a Surface Hub 3 Pack. In early 2024, a software migration will allow in-market Surface Hub 2S devices to transition to the Teams Rooms on Windows experience.

Surface Hub 3 runs the Microsoft Teams Rooms platform built on Windows, bringing immediate access to new features like Front Row for inclusive and interactive meetings. This Windows-based system offers faster, more consistent feature updates and a complete Teams meeting feature set.

AI is integrated to enhance teamwork and collaboration. Cloud and tele-frame in meetings ensure remote participants see in-room attendees clearly. Coming soon, Copilot in Whiteboard will generate and categorize ideas based on whiteboard content, streamlining brainstorming for both in-room and remote participants.

Surface Hub 3 boasts a brilliant 4K screen, with the 50-inch model offering the highest screen resolution in its class. One-touch join simplifies meeting access, and a walk-up-and-use whiteboard allows spontaneous ideation. Smart Rotation and Smart AV enable seamless adjustment to portrait orientation with front-facing stereo speakers.

Available in 50-inch and 85-inch sizes, the 50-inch model includes a custom APC battery pack for mobility. The Steelcase Roam Mobile Cart is fully compatible. Existing Surface Hub 2S devices can be upgraded to Surface Hub 3 experiences with a new compute cartridge, the Surface Hub 3 pack.

Surface Hub 3 offers layers of built-in protection from chip to cloud with Bitlocker, TPM, and Defender. It integrates with Teams Admin Center and the pro-management portal for easy monitoring. Coming soon, Windows Autopilot and auto-login will simplify secure deployment for Teams Rooms on Windows devices.
