Clinical Patient Progress Summary (17/07/26 - 21/07/26)

Between July 17 and July 21, 2026, the patient consistently presented with confusion and fluctuated between a GCS of 14 and 15. Blood tests consistently showed elevated Urea and Creatinine levels, alongside a critically low Glomerular Filtration Rate (GFR) ranging between 9 and 13. Elevated CRP levels indicate persistent inflammation, and the patient shows recurring low bicarbonate levels.

The patient remains on a cardiac monitor with a CVP line in situ. Blood pressure readings have been volatile, peaking as high as 164/147 mmHg. Other observations include episodes of sinus tachycardia, mild lower limb weakness, and a left thigh stump. Physio sessions are ongoing for bed exercises.

Treatment is ongoing as directed by medical staff, including revisions to anti-epileptic medication (Navalpro added following low Epilim levels). The current medication regimen includes Nectizole, Clopidogrel, Aspirin, Lestavor, Lexamil, and renal-specific nutritional support, with daily monitoring of blood parameters and intake/output levels.
