Since 1990, the educator has prioritized girls' education through literary initiatives, including establishing wall magazines, handwritten magazines, and school publications. Key achievements include reviving the printed school magazine in 2008 and editing over 50 publications, alongside mentoring students to publish their own books like 'Kanchiyali' and 'Dipawali'.

School Development and Community Engagement

The educator contributed to the school's historical preservation during the Golden Jubilee, improved school infrastructure through fundraising, and organized environmental initiatives like tree-planting drives. Beyond academics, they facilitated workshops in handicrafts and music, and organized educational excursions to historical sites.

Well-being and Social Responsibility

In recent years, the focus has shifted toward holistic development, including teaching meditation for emotional well-being, vermicompost training for sustainability, and providing vital support during the Covid-19 pandemic and regional floods.
