Gordon finds himself deep within the Citadel, admiring its awe-inspiring and intimidating architecture. He begins a 'roller coaster' like ride on a transport system, encountering strange, armless and legless humanoid creatures and expressing his dislike for them.
After the ride, Gordon's weapons are confiscated, but he quickly regains his gravity gun, now upgraded and much more powerful. He immediately uses it to dispose of enemies, delighting in its newfound capabilities.
Gordon encounters Dr. Breen, who expresses disappointment in Gordon's actions and calls him a 'rogue physicist.' Gordon, with his powerful gravity gun, dispatches accompanying forces while ignoring Breen's taunts.
Gordon revels in the destructive power of the upgraded gravity gun, pulling enemies towards him and disintegrating them. He continues to fight his way through the Citadel, encountering more enemies in an elevator. The video ends with Gordon surrounded by fallen enemies and a cliffhanger.
