In Choke or Not, teams have 10 seconds to choose an item to bite. They get a point for chocolate and a spanking punishment for non-chocolate items. Various items including a dog cushion, vinyl, book, statue, and picture frame are bitten, leading to multiple spankings for the contestants.

Plunge Pool Quiz00:33:53

The final challenge, Plunge Pool, involves trivia questions where wrong answers shrink the platform over ice-cold water containing laxatives. Simon and Josh dominate the easy math questions, while others struggle with trick questions and spelling.

Simon and Josh win the competition. Vik and Harry lose a rock-paper-scissors tiebreaker to determine who does the forfeit. Vik loses and must blow a cockroach through a tube, eventually ending up eating it as the video ends.
