Mili and Sameer are stopped by the police for not wearing helmets. Officer Satish discovers Sameer has been drinking and takes them both to the station. Niranjan is called and is deeply disappointed by Mili's situation and her relationship with Sameer. He isolates Mili upon their return home.
Niranjan books Mili's earliest flight to Canada. Mili is still at work when her co-workers request her to place boxes in the freezer. The manager, Sudheer, unaware Mili is inside, locks the freezer, trapping her in the rapidly dropping temperatures. Mili realizes her phone is outside.
Mili attempts to break out, but to no avail. The temperature drops drastically, causing her to get frostbite. She makes makeshift insulation and tries to block the freezer fans. A shelf falls, injuring her leg, which she bravely re-sets.
Niranjan, worried, reports Mili missing but Officer Satish is dismissive, suggesting she ran away with Sameer. Sameer, on his way to Delhi, learns of Mili's disappearance and returns. He is wrongly accused by Satish but Niranjan and Ravi, a senior officer, intervene and force Satish to track Mili's phone.
Niranjan provides details to Ravi, who calls the restaurant manager. Sameer recalls a discrepancy in Mili's punch-out time, leading him to Laddu, who confesses they asked Mili to put boxes in the freezer. Sameer rushes to the mall, having a minor accident on the way. Satish intentionally delays sending Mili's location to Ravi, but his subordinate overrides him.
In a dazed state, Mili uses a hair clip to unscrew a vent and bangs on pipes. Niranjan hears the faint noise. Sameer arrives, and Sudheer finally opens the restaurant door. They find a nearly unconscious Mili in the freezer. Doctors confirm she miraculously survived severe hypothermia.
Ravi scolds Sudheer for lacking a safety alarm and warns Satish for his negligence. Mili recovers, asks about her father's medication, and is relieved to see her father and Sameer bonding. She decides to abandon her Canada plans, prioritizing her loved ones over financial gain.
