Role Overview and Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

Additionally, at least one year of professional experience in Project Management, Software Engineering, or a similar role is required, specifically involving IT Infrastructure, ServiceNow, SDLC, JIRA, SharePoint, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies.
