Max the Monster Truck arrives at Gecko's Garage with a flat tire caused by a rusty nail. Gecko and the Mechanicals try different wheels until they find a giant one just right for Max, getting him ready to finish his monster truck show.

Fiona the Fire Truck has a leaky water tank, making it impossible to put out fires. Gecko helps find the perfect star-shaped patch to fix the hole, refills her tank, and sends her off to help with a fire.

Rebecca the Recycling Truck has a problem with her crew mixing up the recycling. Gecko adds labels for metal, glass, paper, plastic, and food waste to her five bins, helping her crew sort efficiently and explaining the importance of recycling.

Millie the Motorbike is wobbly after stopping Sophie. The Mechanicals discover a missing nut, fix her steering, and test it by having Millie drive in circles, triangles, and squares. Millie then resumes her patrol and encounters an overloaded Larry the Lorry.

Larry the Lorry is overloaded with poorly packed parcels. Gecko and the Mechanicals repackage the items neatly, from largest to smallest, ensuring everything fits properly and Larry can continue his deliveries safely.

Danny the Digger helps Gecko build a new car wash by flattening ground and digging four holes for metal poles. After the Mechanicals assemble the structure, Danny helps lift the roof, then becomes the first vehicle to try out the new car wash.

Amber the Ambulance's siren breaks after a branch hits it. Gecko and the Mechanicals try to fix it, but it makes various animal sounds before finally producing the correct siren sound, allowing Amber to respond to emergencies.

Tony the Taxi is lost due to a broken sat nav. Super Mechanical uses an overhead camera to guide Tony to the garage, where his sat nav is fixed. Tony then successfully navigates around town, picking up passengers.

Max the Monster Truck attempts a world record by jumping over ten vehicles. After a quick repair by the Mechanicals, Max successfully leaps over all his friends, setting a new record for monster truck jumping.

Trevor the Tractor arrives at the garage needing repairs after a busy year on the farm. His plow is bent, trailer broken, paint scratched, and engine grumpy from all his work across the seasons. The Mechanicals fix everything, preparing him for another year.

Vicky the Ice Cream Van's freezer is broken, making all her ice cream melt. Gecko and the Mechanicals replace the compressor, make a new batch of ice cream, and Vicky happily serves delicious, cold treats.

Caroline the Crane is called to put the Gecko's Garage sign back on the roof after a storm, but her winch motor is faulty. After Super Mechanical oils her, Caroline accidentally lifts too high, making a hole in the roof, which the Mechanicals fix before the sign is safely reattached.

Rick the Road Roller accidentally rolls into wet concrete at a construction site and gets stuck. Helen the Helicopter lifts him to Gecko's Garage, where the Mechanicals use jackhammers to free him. Rick then tests his roller by flattening various 3D shapes into 2D shapes.

Oscar the Bus, an old and rusty open-top bus, struggles to keep up with the new and shiny Bobby. Gecko suggests Oscar become a summer tour bus, and the Mechanicals refurbish him for his new role, providing scenic tours for visitors.
