Summary
An overview of how training program documentation requirements are being met and modernized through digital tools.
Training Documentation Compliance and Automation Review
Highlights
Documentation Compliance
All six reviewed training programs achieved 100% compliance in documentation. Every required document—including ATERs, proposals, pre- and post-tests, provider reports, and TEEF forms—was successfully completed and maintained.
Digital Automation and Management
The Human Resources Department has modernized the process by using Microsoft or Google Forms for ATER and TEEF data collection. Automated reports are securely backed up in OneDrive, facilitating improved information retrieval and better monitoring of training effectiveness.
