Clinical Summary of 43-Year-Old Female Patient

A 43-year-old female presented to the ED requiring CT imaging. Initial management included NG tube insertion, urinary catheterization, and intravenous therapies including antibiotics, analgesics, and Isoket. On June 4th, the patient underwent abdominal wall incision, drainage, and debridement.

Throughout June, the patient experienced fluctuating clinical status, including persistent tachycardia, oxygen dependency via nasal cannula, and episodes of desaturation. Wound care involved monitoring abdominal drains, which consistently produced fluid. Additional interventions included blood transfusion and management of elevated blood pressure.

As of June 23rd, the patient is awaiting a surgical closure procedure. She is currently managing bowel motility issues and sustained hypertension. Medical staff are monitoring vitals, including high pulse rates and elevated blood pressure, while continuing nursing care for abdominal wounds.
