Summary
Highlights
Nyakallo was born with a severe deformity, lacking both an anus and an esophagus, making it impossible for him to feed or excrete waste naturally. Doctors confirmed the critical nature of his condition, explaining the high risk of complications like chest infections and the inability to survive without these vital organs. His parents describe finding out about these defects after birth, a deeply shocking and challenging time for the family.
Nyakallo underwent numerous operations, totaling 37 procedures, including attempts to create an anus and repair his esophagus. He was constantly in the ICU, fed through a stomach tube (gasto pipe). Despite multiple surgeries, the esophagus repairs often failed, leading to strictures. His father recounts a 16-day period of unconsciousness after an esophageal operation, noting that many children with less severe issues did not survive, highlighting divine intervention in Nyakallo's survival.
The family learned about Prophet Tim Omotoso through their Anglican pastor, who encouraged them to seek healing. They attended a service and, at the end, approached the prophet to explain Nyakallo's condition. The prophet, without much explanation, declared God would give the baby an anus and predicted that by 2:00 AM, the mother would see stools, emphasizing that if he wasn't a true prophet, this wouldn't happen.
Precisely at 2:00 AM as predicted, Nyakallo passed stools. The following day, upon returning to the hospital for what was expected to be his 38th operation, doctors were astonished to discover that Nyakallo now had a fully formed esophagus and anus. The doctor, amazed by the unforeseen change, confirmed the miracle and removed all feeding tubes, declaring Nyakallo could now eat and excrete normally. His parents saw this as a clear act of God.
Since his healing, Nyakallo has never returned to the hospital. He is now a healthy child, excelling academically, playing soccer, and actively sharing his testimony. His life is seen as a testament to God's power, inspiring others and demonstrating that his spirit is extraordinary. The scars on his body serve as visible reminders of his past struggles and the divine intervention that changed his life, proving that what God does is eternal and cannot be altered by human hands.
