A new rule is established for Fred about getting excited before sunrise. Fred, however, unveils his latest creation: a combined luxury resort and amusement park he calls "Coconut Fred's Luxury Amuse-O-Tel," complete with a roller coaster named "Nut Mare."
Fred announces that a random visitor will receive VIP service from him, and to Mr. Greenrind's dismay, he is chosen. Fred then introduces his staff: Bengal, the manager, and Rusty (Rusty Can Do), in charge of freebies like bathtub toys and nail clippers, along with entertainer Tiffany Pairs.
Mr. Greenrind, wanting to tan, is instead led to the "Nut Mare" roller coaster. After the wild ride, Mr. Greenrind is still cold. Fred tries to help him find a tanning salon inside a freezer, causing more frustration for Mr. Greenrind.
Fred next leads Mr. Greenrind to the 'Coconut Falls,' which turns out to be a giant toilet-like ride. After this, Fred attempts to give Mr. Greenrind a VIP brush, which involves a messy spray of water, sun, and sadness, further irritating Mr. Greenrind.
Mr. Greenrind, exhausted by the day's events, expresses his desire to simply sunbathe in his hammock. Fred, surprisingly, arranges for this, and Mr. Greenrind finally feels relaxed and happy. Fred, in turn, wishes for the sun to go down so he can sleep.
Fred introduces the Bungee-Vader, an elevator that doubles as an extreme bungee ride, sending Mr. Greenrind soaring. Later, Fred takes Mr. Greenrind to watch an electric parade, where robot breads block the view, but assures him there's another one soon.
