Quarterly Report on Educational Program Initiatives

Teacher training significantly enhanced readiness and fostered collaboration across schools, establishing a shared vision for joyful, child-centered learning throughout the academic year.

Parent Orientation Programmes were conducted for SSA and SRM Kindergarten parents, introducing them to structured early childhood learning processes and emphasizing hands-on, activity-based learning and parental involvement. These sessions helped rural parents recognize their crucial role in supporting their child’s learning beyond the school’s responsibility.

The ground floor of the SSA Primary Block was refurbished for Grade I and II, with three classrooms redesigned to create spacious, movement-friendly learning environments. Windows were widened for natural light and ventilation, supporting active and collaborative learning. These upgraded classrooms, expected to be operational by mid-July, will significantly enhance activity-based pedagogy in developmentally appropriate spaces.

Future plans include commissioning refurbished classrooms, continuing classroom mentoring for DOT pedagogy, strengthening parent engagement through workshops, and deepening children's learning through rich, activity-based, and inquiry-driven practices. This quarter's efforts represent a strategic investment in people, partnerships, and learning spaces, laying a strong foundation for sustainable, joyful, and high-quality education.
