Azure: From Tortured Past to Twisted Present

Azure currently presents as a 7'4" being with dark purple, almost black, skin. His eyes and mouth glow purple, revealing sharp teeth. Black, cold tentacles emerge from his back, which he can mostly control. He wears old, darkened cult robes, with his torso bandaged and a glowing spawn symbol on his chest. His fingers end in sharp claws, and his witches' hat, now a deep purple, also possesses glowing purple eyes and a mouth. He wears baggy black pants and has slightly bandaged feet. His voice is very low, and he has long, wavy black hair. Since his corruption into a Killer by Spectre, Azure's sense of morality is blurred, and he intensely desires to inflict physical pain. Spectre's attempt to make Azure hate Two Time backfired, leading Azure to obsessively want to 'own' Two Time, desiring both their protection and their demise. He is depicted as physically powerful.

Azure's hat is a separate, sentient entity capable of thought and speech. It has a snarky voice and frequently makes rude or mocking comments towards Azure. Neither Azure nor the hat can control the other, emphasizing their distinct existences.

Prior to his corruption, Azure was 5'7" with slightly tanned skin and braided brown hair. He wore cozy clothes and a witches' hat, often adorned with flowers from his gardening. He had a soft, low, and caring voice. Despite a strong physique from working out, he was known for his gentle demeanor.

Azure's childhood was marked by severe neglect and abuse. He grew up in a small town with his father and younger sister, Lotus, never knowing his mother. His father constantly exposed him to violent media, which slowly desensitized Azure and cultivated a 'pleasure' in the idea of causing pain. By age 7, he stopped associating with other boys, finding them too empathetic, highlighting his early lack of empathy. His home environment was chaotic, with alcohol and medication bottles everywhere, infrequent cleaning, and Azure frequently forced to steal for food. From age 8, his father began sexually abusing Lotus. Azure, realizing the abnormality of his family, would sneak out to steal necessities. Punishments included being locked in the basement for weeks, daily drugging, and being forced to harm his sister by cutting her wrists or witnessing and recording her abuse. After cutting his sister's hair to protect her, he received a severe physical beating from his father. He became an alcohol addict at 14 but continued studying, feeling remorse for the fear in his sister's eyes. Lotus eventually died from her father's abuse. Azure found her body but reacted with disturbing normalcy, returning to bed. Her corpse was further desecrated by his father before Azure was made to help bury the dismembered remains.

The night after burying Lotus, Azure snapped. He relentlessly beat his father to death with a shovel, continuing long after his father was identifiable. He then ran away, wandering for hours with the gore-covered shovel. He stumbled upon a small village where he encountered a 12-year-old Two Time (Azure was 15). Initially, Azure, in a disoriented state, chased Two Time. Unexpectedly, Two Time invited him to their cult. Azure agreed and later fell deeply in love with Two Time, willing to die for them. Had he not found the cult, he would have become a serial killer.

Initially, Azure was abusive and had severe anger issues due to his prolonged trauma. However, falling in love with Two Time helped him cope. He began gardening and gradually learned to control his anger. He dedicated himself to caring for Two Time and helping others, prioritizing Two Time above all else. He was extremely respectful, never initiating discussions about sex, and always considering Two Time's comfort and opinions. Despite a three-year age gap, he harbored strong feelings but planned to confess only when Two Time turned 18. Two Time confessed first, and Azure readily accepted. Although known as the 'Village sweet giant' or 'The buff flower guy,' Azure secretly retained violent thoughts and became intensely possessive over Two Time, willing to fight anyone who wronged them, particularly holding strong negative opinions about Amarah.

When Azure first joined the cult, he deliberately misrepresented his last name as 'Warth' instead of 'Wrath' to avoid association with violence. This subtle distinction remains incredibly important to him, and he prefers to be called 'Warth' even now. Two Time still remembers his last name as 'Warth'.
