Orange and his friends begin watching the Detective Pikachu trailer. Orange keeps using the word "man" in a Jamaican accent, irritating Pear. They also comment on the possibility of Pikachu's voice being changed. When the narrator introduces 'Rhyme City,' Orange hilariously attempts to rhyme with 'city,' much to Pear's annoyance.
The group discusses Pikachu's voice in the trailer. Apple initially dislikes it but quickly grows to love it. Orange believes he could have done a better Pikachu impression than Ryan Reynolds, leading to several characters attempting their own 'Pika-Pika' sounds, with Marshie's being declared the best.
The scene where Pikachu convinces Tim to work together is shown. The 'Gotta catch 'em all!' and 'Pokemon!' theme song lyrics are played, eliciting reactions from Pear about singing.
Pikachu attempts to be a 'bad cop' during an interrogation scene, which Pear finds unbelievable given Pikachu's character and the fact that Ryan Reynolds voices him. Apple and Pear express their surprise at the direction the Pokemon movie has taken, with Orange concluding that Pokemon has "evolved into something else."
