Inflate your 260-size balloon to about a four to five finger length tail. Make a loop about the width of your hand, leaving a small piece at the end for the center. Squeeze and twist to form the first petal. Repeat this process, creating five to six petals and twisting them into the same joint, making sure to apply pressure to the outside of the balloon.
After completing the petals, you'll have some excess balloon. Use a quick break method or scissors to deflate this extra part. Wrap the deflated balloon around the central joint to secure the petals and prevent them from deflating. Orient the petals so the 1-inch bubble is on top and the petals face each other sideways.
Take a second balloon, preferably green for the stem, and inflate it to your desired length, leaving a small tail. Slide the green nozzle between the petals and wrap it around the central joint beneath the flower. To create two leaves on the stem, form an 'S' shape with the green balloon. Pinch the middle of the 'S' and twist both sides in opposite directions to form the leaves.
