It then details the involvement of Hind Oweis, an Emirati diplomat and director of the Standing Committee for Human Rights in the UAE. She exchanged 469 emails with Epstein, including flirtatious messages and secret meetings. Oweis allegedly arranged a meeting for Epstein with her 13-year-old sister, describing her as more beautiful than herself. Epstein purportedly aided her rapid career advancement, predicting she would become a future Minister of Culture. Oweis's accounts on social media were closed due to the scandal.

Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, an Emirati billionaire and Chairman of DP World, is revealed to have exchanged hundreds of explicit messages with Epstein. He boasted about sexual encounters with a foreign exchange student, describing her body as amazing. In another message, he mentioned trying a "fresh 100% female Russian sample" on his yacht. Epstein also told Bin Sulayem that he enjoyed watching a video. The video further alleges that Bin Sulayem offered Epstein children's shoes equipped with secret GPS devices, possibly for tracking and abducting minors.

Beyond their personal communications, the video highlights a bizarre incident: a shipment of a piece of the Kaaba's cloth (Kiswah) to the United States, sent to Epstein via Emirati links, with a picture of them standing next to it while the sacred cloth lay on the ground. Reports suggest that the Abraham Accords might have been born from these meetings, with Epstein, an alleged Mossad agent, mediating secret meetings between the Director of Dubai Ports (close to Mohammed bin Zayed) and influential Israeli figures, including former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, paving the way for normalization agreements.

The video concludes by pointing out the hypocrisy of Emirati rulers who have spent billions to polish their image, presenting a facade of modernity, women's rights, and tolerance, while simultaneously attempting to discredit and restrict Muslims. They created lists of over 1000 Muslim activists and 400 mosques and Islamic centers in 18 European countries, trying to stigmatize them through bribes and pressure on European governments. The video asserts that they are now entangled in scandals, with their schemes backfiring and their money wasted in regret.
