A Drunken Encounter in a Hotel

After his team's losing game and several beers, the narrator decided to retire to his room. He had been chatting with John, a man cheering for the opposing team, about their wives, sports, and work. They were both traveling for business. As he left the bar, he encountered John again at the elevator.

Both staying on the sixth floor, they rode the elevator together. John continued to tease him about his team's loss. Upon exiting, the narrator, feeling tipsy, stumbled. John offered help, but the narrator insisted he would be fine. They discovered their rooms, 609 and 613, were just a few doors apart on the same side of the hallway.

As they reached John's room, 613, John asked if the narrator would be okay. The narrator, still laughing, assured him he wasn't that drunk. Then, John made a shocking proposition, inviting him into his room because he was 'horny' and 'always wanted to see what it's like to be with a guy,' admitting he was nervous himself. The narrator was stunned, his mind screaming to run, but his body frozen.

Despite his internal conflict and claiming he wouldn't know what to do with a guy, the narrator found himself with an unexpected erection. John, sensing his hesitation and arousal, opened his door and encouraged him to 'try something new.' Seeing the narrator's hard-on, John commented, 'oh I see that someone wants to say yes,' took his hand, and pulled him into the room.
