Reporting and Approval Requirements
Timely submission of the ALDP Narrative Report is mandatory for the release of training budgets. All training activities must be included in the ALDP, evaluated by HRD and HRDC, and formally approved by the PCEO.
Policy and Coordination Improvements
Current policies regarding the Learning and Development Calendar require revisions to clearly define roles and responsibilities. Additionally, there is a recognized need for better coordination between HRD and proponent offices to streamline operations.
