Key tasks include developing high-level and low-level process flows and maintaining a refined backlog to ensure user stories are ready for sprints.

Business Analysts conduct requirement verification and validation sessions, perform impact, risk, and gap analysis, and review test plans, test cases, and traceability to ensure high-quality product delivery.

They develop essential artifacts such as System Requirement Documents (SRS), Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM), and Functional Specification Documents (FSD), while also overseeing the defect remediation process. Flexibility to work in different locations may be required.
