Clinical Patient Status and Medication Summary

The patient remains in an ill condition with a distended abdomen and an enterocutaneous fistula managed with Octreotide and a colostomy. Respiratory support is provided via nasal cannula with attempts to wean oxygen. Clinical observations show persistent tachycardia (ranging 103-130 bpm), elevated blood pressure, tachypnea, and low body temperature. Reduced breath sounds are noted bi-basally.

The patient is NPO (nothing by mouth) and receiving TPN at 80ml/hr along with Plasmalyte B. Wound management includes pencil drains, a VAC dressing, and regular dressing changes. A surgical review is pending to address ongoing abdominal pain.

The patient is on a complex regimen including intravenous antibiotics (Tigebax), pain management (Tramazac, Dolotram, Pethidine), anti-emetics (Metoclopramide), and Octreotide. Supplements include Albumin, Cernevit, and Fresubin. Recent blood work indicates Hemoglobin at 10, Urea at 15.3, elevated CRP at 141, and Creatinine at 44.
