One hundred individuals, from one-year-olds to hundred-year-olds, are gathered to compete for $250,000. The first challenge involves a running race, where the top five from each decade advance. The second game is dodgeball, split into teams. The younger participants prove to be agile, with a 46-year-old making a significant play. The game highlights the physical disparities across age groups, ultimately leading to the elimination of everyone above 40 years old.

The remaining contestants are divided into five new teams, led by the youngest competitors. This relay race involves archery, swimming to collect ladder rungs, and building a ladder to hit a buzzer. The competition moves to a soccer field floating in the sky. Participants face off one-on-one in a penalty shootout. A 6-year-old chooses a 7-year-old as an opponent, and then a 10-year-old challenges a 19-year-old. The 12-year-old also advances, showing the surprising adaptability of the younger contestants. The final six contestants face a grueling endurance challenge. They must stand on towers and hold a rope connected to a mannequin, weighing 10% of their body weight. Every five minutes, an additional 10% of weight is added. This challenge pushes participants to their limits, with 12 and 19 succumbing to the increasing weight. A Tesla is offered to the next person to drop, which 40 claims. Ultimately, only ages 7 and 28 remain.

The final two contestants, a 7-year-old and a 28-year-old, face off in a basketball shootout in a stadium. They take shots at a red line, and for each successful shot, they get to choose one of ten briefcases. One briefcase holds $250,000. After several rounds of tense shooting and briefcase selections, the 28-year-old successfully picks the briefcase containing the quarter-million-dollar prize. The 7-year-old, despite a valiant effort, receives $10,000 for making it to the final two.
