After sleeping all day and night, George feels better the next morning, but annoyingly asks 'why' to everything, confirming his recovery.
Peppa and George visit Santa's grotto at the Christmas fair. They tell Santa their Christmas wishes, with Peppa wishing for a doll that walks, talks, and closes its eyes. They then drive to Granny and Grandpa Pig's house for Christmas, leaving a mince pie and carrot out for Santa and his reindeer. Before bed, Peppa is assured that Santa knows where they are.
Peppa and her family go to the park on a cold autumn day. The wind makes their ball fall into a pond, and Daddy Pig gets wet trying to retrieve it. George's hat blows off; Daddy Pig attempts to shake it out of a tree, causing himself to fall into a pile of leaves. The wind is strong enough to hold Peppa and George up, and even Daddy Pig, but suddenly stops, leading to them falling again. Finally, they all enjoy jumping in the dry leaves.
On Christmas morning, Peppa and George wake their family up early to find that Santa has visited. They see the empty mince pie and carrot. After Christmas lunch, they open presents; George receives a racing car, Daddy Pig receives socks, and Peppa believes Santa forgot her as her expected doll is not there. Moments later, Santa arrives in person to deliver Peppa's doll, fulfilling her Christmas wish.
Peppa wakes up with red spots on her face and feels unwell. Dr. Brown Bear diagnoses her with a rash and gives her some medicine. Peppa must stay in bed but is allowed visitors. Her friends, Susie Sheep (dressed as a nurse), Danny Dog, and Rebecca Rabbit, visit, attending to Peppa's requests for orange juice, ice cream, and flowers. Dr. Brown Bear returns and finds Peppa completely better, and she joins her friends to play outside.
Daddy Pig reads Peppa and George a bedtime story, but George is not sleepy. Peppa attempts to tell George a story about 'Georgie Pig' who eats magic porridge that makes him grow very big, finds golden treasure, and encounters a friendly dragon. Peppa falls asleep while telling the story, but George is still awake until Peppa continues the story from her bed, ultimately helping both of them fall asleep.
While jumping in puddles, Pedro Pony loses his glasses. Peppa, after finding them, asks Pedro why he wears glasses. Pedro's daddy is an optician. Peppa gives herself an 'eye test' and determines she needs glasses. The family visits Mr. Pony, the optician, for a proper eye test. Peppa tries on many funny glasses and ultimately chooses a stylish pair, but Mr. Pony reveals she has perfect eyesight. Peppa, wanting glasses, gets sunglasses instead.
Peppa and her family visit a museum. Peppa is interested in the Kings and Queens room, while George wants to see the dinosaur. Peppa is amazed by the old artifacts and imagines herself as a queen eating cake. Afterwards, they visit the dinosaur room, where George is thrilled by the huge dinosaur bones. The family ends their visit in the museum cafe.
