After avoiding green beans, Jeffy and his internal voices decide they want 17 pancakes. His dad initially refuses and gets annoyed by Jeffy's disruptive behavior, even threatening to give him no pancakes at all. Eventually, Jeffy gets pancakes but is outraged to find they lack marshmallows, leading to another messy tantrum.
Jeffy receives an urgent message from his 'lower intestine' that he needs to poop. With only 10 seconds, he and his internal voices debate pooping in the kitchen sink as the nearest option. They fail to make it to the toilet in time, resulting in Jeffy pooping his pants, much to his dad's frustration.
After being called a 'bad boy' for his actions, Jeffy is given a toy to calm down. He encounters Junior and his balloon. Jeffy asks to rub his 'pee pee' on the balloon and then proceeds to pop it with a knife, scaring him. Later, his dad scolds him for popping the balloon and for the mess, sending him to bed. Jeffy and his voices decide to listen to 'Hop Hop' 20 times before bed.
Finally ready for bed in his bunny suit, Jeffy asks who will check for 'night poops.' His dad assures him that no one will poop in his jammies. However, right after his dad leaves, Jeffy exclaims that someone did poop in his jammies, much to his dad's disbelief and the viewer's amusement, ultimately blaming the 'monsters'.
