Garbage in the ocean

Every minute, a large carload of plastic enters the ocean, killing birds and animals. Plastic has become part of the food chain, leading to faster extinction rates for species.

The world produces over 30 million tons of plastic annually, with about 10 million tons ending up in the ocean. There are already 150 million tons of plastic in the ocean.

Scientists state that recycling alone cannot save the world from plastic pollution. The only way out is to reduce the consumption of plastic products.

A key step is to reject disposable plastic tableware and switch to environmentally friendly alternatives made from natural materials.

Such dishes are safe for the environment, non-toxic, do not produce micro-particles into the atmosphere, are fully biodegradable, and do not harm animals or humans.
