News breaks about archaeologists discovering symbols from the 10th-century Chhanpura kingdom. Meanwhile, the city is plagued by the crafty thief Chindi, who vows to steal King Babhusha's priceless crown. Bhaleram, a failed politician turned security agency owner, struggles to get contracts. His employees, including Ajju, Vicky, and Johnny, are desperate for work. Ajju's aunt, their landlady, threatens to evict them if they don't find jobs and pay their overdue rent.

The friends learn about an exhibition of King Babhusha's crown. Ajju's aunt reminisces about the lavish 10th century and wishes to live there. With an ultimatum from their aunt to find work, the friends stumble upon a security guard opening advertised by Bhaleram's Suraksha party for the crown exhibition. They decide to apply, hoping to clear their debts.

Mr. Ghoshal, the exhibition organizer, is nervous about Chindi and employs more security, including Ajju, Vicky, and Johnny. Despite the increased security, Chindi manages to steal Ghoshal's car and vows to steal the crown. During the exhibition, while the guards are on a lunch break, the real Chindi steals the crown. The three friends are mistakenly blamed and chased by Bhaleram and the police, with a reward placed on their heads.

Fleeing from the police, the friends crash their car into a seemingly ordinary wall. Instead of dying, they somehow find themselves in what they initially believe to be a film set. They soon realize they've traveled back to the 10th century, specifically the kingdom of Chhanpura. They encounter King Babhusha, who mistakes them for spies and condemns them to beheading.

Imprisoned, the friends are terrified. They meet Hiraka, a sorceress who resembles their 21st-century landlady. Hiraka reveals that she is their landlady's past incarnation and confirms their time travel. She explains that the wall they passed through opens only once every hundred years for a brief period, and they must wait 12 days to return. She also shows them their landlady's concern in the future.

Hiraka helps the friends escape their cell, providing a sleeping potion for the guard and horses. They briefly consider stealing the crown to clear their names in the future. They encounter Princesses Junaali and Rudaali, who are charmed by them. The princesses, who are also Hiraka's disciples, promise to marry them, which would make them kings and grant them the crown and kingdom. Johnny, meanwhile, struggles with the 10th-century sanitation.

Ajju and Vicky meet with Junaali and Rudaali and plan to steal the crown to resolve their problems in the 21st century. Back in the 21st century, Bhaleram, still hunting the trio, tries to blast the wall they disappeared through. Back in the 10th century, on the day of the princess's selection, the commander, who intends to usurp the throne, is outsmarted by the invisible trio with Hiraka's magic. They take the crown and return it to King Babhusha, exposing the commander.

The friends try to take the crown from King Babhusha but he refuses, calling them ungrateful. Hiraka, after reprimanding them, makes them invisible. They then steal the crown from the commander, exposing him to King Babhusha. Despite saving the king, he refuses to give them the crown. In despair, one of the princesses uses Hiraka's magic wand to attempt a miracle, accidentally transporting her, Junaali, and Rudaali to the 21st century. The friends, along with the crown and the old man, follow the princesses back to their own time using the magical car.

The friends arrive back in the 21st century, with the crown and the old man. Meanwhile, King Babhusha, desperate for his daughters, also travels to the 21st century with Hiraka's help, who loses her magic in the process. He is utterly bewildered by the modern world. Bhaleram, still looking for the trio, sees the King and mistakes him for Chindi, leading to further confusion.

The king is mistaken for Chindi and arrested. The friends confront Ghoshal, who reveals that he hired Chindi to steal a fake crown for insurance money. The real crown they brought from the 10th century proves Ghoshal's fraud. Bhaleram and Ghoshal team up against the friends to get the crown. A chaotic chase ensues, involving everyone trying to get their hands on the crown.

After a frantic chase, Ghoshal is arrested. King Babhusha finally reunites with his daughters, Junaali and Rudaali. The film ends with the two princesses dancing with Ajju and Vicky, signifying their love and the successful culmination of their adventurous journey across centuries.
