Automated Raffle Winner Selection and Fraud Validation Process
Highlights
Automated Winner Selection
Raffle winners will now be automatically selected by the application's backend mechanism when eligible customers spin the wheel, replacing selection by a raffle committee.
Fraud Validation and Eligibility Check
A Data Warehouse (DWH) report of selected winners will be extracted and shared with the Fraud Management team. They will validate the winners based on eligibility and fraud prevention guidelines, providing a final validated list after excluding non-eligible customers.
Customer Contact and Prize Fulfillment
Once the final validated winner list is received, the existing approved process will be followed for customer contact and prize fulfillment.
Process Enhancement
This amendment improves automation while maintaining independent validation controls through the Fraud Management team.
