Clinical Status Report: ICU Patient Observations (July 28-30)

Patient is in TICU, restless and confused, requiring 15L of O2 via poly mask. Notable clinical findings include a right ICD insertion showing bubbling/swinging, elevated blood pressure (154/103-162/104), and sinus tachycardia. EEG indicates encephalopathy without seizures, while lumbar puncture results show high protein.

Patient maintains GCS 14/15 but remains tachypnoeic and hypertensive. A urine catheter was inserted to relieve bladder distension. Physiotherapy intervention identified significant wheezing, treated with adrenaline nebulizers. Anemia (Hb 8.9) was noted alongside diarrhea. Medication updates include the addition of Dolotram, Maxolon, Clexane, and insulin management for blood glucose.

Persistent tachypnoea and elevated blood pressure continue. The patient displays fluctuating consciousness and low Epilim levels. While diarrhea is settling, the patient continues oxygen support via poly mask, and the ICD remains in place with continued bubbling and swinging.
