Peppa and her family decide to make pizza for lunch. Daddy Pig claims to be an expert. They gather ingredients like flour, tomatoes, cheese, sweetcorn, mushrooms, olives, and pineapple. Daddy Pig jokingly says pineapple on pizza is against the law. They wash hands, put on aprons, and knead the dough. Daddy Pig shows off his pizza-making skills, tossing the dough into the air. They spread tomato sauce and cheese, then make funny faces on their pizzas using various toppings. While the pizzas cook, Daddy and Mummy Pig tidy up, while Peppa and George play. Everyone enjoys their pizzas, especially Peppa who declares them the best ever.
It's Father's Day, a day to thank daddies. Daddy Pig reminds Mummy Pig and the children about the occasion, contrasting it with Mother's Day, and expressing a preference for watching racing cars on TV over chores. Peppa and George make Daddy Pig a card, adding lots of glitter, which Daddy Pig pretends to love. For a Father's Day cake, George suggests cereal and tomato ketchup, prompting Mummy Pig to intervene. Daddy Pig tries to help but is reminded it's his special day to relax. They have a tea party, and Daddy Pig, despite the unusual ingredients in the cake, declares it a super day.
Peppa and her family are going out for Grandpa Pig's birthday. Peppa thinks it's a party, but Mummy Pig clarifies it's a quiet meal at a restaurant. At the restaurant, Peppa and George give Grandpa Pig a handmade card. Grandpa Pig explains he's too old for a big party, but Peppa still wants party hats, which the waiter surprisingly provides. They order food, with the adults choosing unusual dishes like 'strained carrot on a mussel kiff' and 'cream of swede', while Peppa and George ask for spaghetti, which the chef obliges. Everyone ends up having spaghetti, and with balloons and a cake, it turns into a proper birthday party.
Peppa and George visit Granny and Grandpa Pig, who show off a single strawberry they've grown, the rest having been eaten by cheeky birds. To make strawberry jam, they decide to visit a strawberry farm. At the farm, Miss Rabbit welcomes them to an abundance of strawberries. They encounter Pedro Pony and his parents who are tired of strawberries from eating too many. Peppa, George, Granny, and Grandpa enjoy picking and eating lots of strawberries. By the end, Peppa and George's baskets are full, but Granny and Grandpa have eaten all their strawberries. They meet Danny Dog's family who are just arriving and also seem to tire of strawberries, especially from the gift shop filled with strawberry-flavored goods. Peppa and George take their full baskets home to make jam.
Peppa and her family attend a children's festival, a big outdoor party. Daddy Pig hopes it won't rain, but Peppa loves mud. At the festival, Peppa meets Susie Sheep. They visit the story tent, where they hear a pirate story that inspires Captain Dog. They then go to the 'making things' tent, where the children create dragons. They decide to stay overnight, with Daddy Pig suggesting camping. They meet some friends who are 'glamping' in a luxurious tent. Daddy Pig, a 'qualified structural engineer,' struggles slightly but successfully puts up their smaller tent. Despite Daddy Pig's assurances, it begins to rain overnight.
Peppa and George are at Granny and Grandpa Pig's house when Mr. Labrador arrives in his new ice cream van. Everyone queues up, and Mr. Labrador samples all the flavors, using up all the ice cream. Granny and Grandpa Pig decide to make homemade ice cream for Peppa and George, recalling how they made it for Mummy Pig when she was little. They mix milk, cream, and garden raspberries and strawberries. The mixture is put in a bag, placed in ice and salt, and then shaken vigorously. The resulting ice cream is delicious. Peppa invites all her friends over, so they make more ice cream, even using carrots from Granny Pig's garden for carrot-flavored ice cream. Mr. Labrador, who loves ice cream, particularly enjoys it.
Peppa and her friends go to playgroup early for Breakfast Club. Madame Gazelle explains that breakfast is important for energy. Rebecca uses her energy for hopping, and Edmund Elephant uses his for thinking, being a 'clever clogs' or 'child prodigy'. The children choose their breakfast, with Peppa wanting a carrot, and others asking for cereal and toast. Madame Gazelle makes toast in a small toaster, then brings out a 'super toaster' to make more when everyone wants toast. The children spread honey, marmalade, and jam on their toast, feeling energetic. Madame Gazelle leads them in a 'breakfast bounce' to use their energy and get ready for the day.
It's Mandy Mouse's birthday, and she's celebrating at Cheese World with her friends. Mandy describes Cheese World with a cheese river, mountain, and sky, and most importantly, a cheese castle where they smell cheese. At Cheese World, they begin by sailing in plastic boats on a 'river of cheese' that flows past cheese-like hills and trees. They then explore the 'cheese mountain' which, while not real cheese, mimics the experience. Next, they try the 'cheese airplanes,' where Mandy shows everyone how to control the planes. Finally, they visit Grumpy Rabbit in the 'castle of cheese' to smell different cheeses, from mild to strong, with Daddy Pig's socks being compared to the smell of strong cheese. Mandy loves smelling and eating cheese, and her birthday celebration concludes with a cheesecake.
