Baby Shark and his friends discover that their treats have been stolen by the notorious Treat Goblin, causing the sea level to drop. Goldie explains who the Treat Goblin is through a song, detailing its scary appearance and its habit of stealing treats every year.
Despite Goldie's initial reluctance and desire to do karaoke or play charades, Baby Shark and the others are determined to get their treats back and embark on a mission to find the Treat Goblin. Goldie, afraid of venturing out, decides to create fake clues to scare her friends into returning to her party.
Goldie creates scary noises and sets up large 'chomp marks' to convince Baby Shark and his friends that the Treat Goblin is too terrifying to confront. However, their loyalty to each other keeps them going, as they declare they won't give up because Goldie is their friend.
Seeing that her attempts to scare them off aren't working, Goldie decides to dress up as the Treat Goblin herself. She appears before her friends, trying to frighten them and make them abandon their search for treats. Her friends are terrified but remain resolute.
Goldie, in her Treat Goblin costume, tries one last time to scare her friends back to the party, but accidentally reveals herself. The video ends with a promotion for "Baby Shark's Big Show!" on Nickelodeon and a call to subscribe to Baby Shark Brooklyn on YouTube.
