Mizu defeats Taigen, demanding information about Heiji Shindo from the dojo master. She learns Shindo is on Tanabe Island, protected by the Genken Clan. The master sends the Four Fangs to deal with Mizu. Mizu departs, confessing to her Swordfather that she has made his swords unclean, and he gifts her a sword.
