The mystery egg contains numerous Vlad and Niki themed toys: a book, a dinosaur, cars, glasses, a cape, action figures, a Tech Deck skateboard, a bracelet, a stamp, a tattoo, and even slimy goo.

Inside the Vlad and Niki Happy Meal, Jay unboxes an egg-shaped toy with 'devil horns,' leading to anxiety due to noises he hears outside. He finds a Vlad and Niki dinosaur, a cape, stamps, and other small items, emphasizing the wide variety of toys found in this Happy Meal.

Jay opens the Ryan's World Happy Meal, revealing superhero and Lego toys, tattoos, and 8 chicken nuggets. He mentions spooky occurrences, like a car passing repeatedly and finding a ghost toy. He then hears the characters (Blippi, Ryan's World, Vlad and Niki, Roma, and Diana) and uses his drone to spot them near a toy store.

Jay goes to McDonald's for the Ninja Kids Happy Meal. He orders a chicken nugget Happy Meal with strawberry Fruitopia and barbecue sauce. He expresses concern about the Ninja Kids coming after him due to previous encounters, and the drive-thru attendant echoes this warning.

Jay orders four Skibidi Toilet Happy Meals from McDonald's: Donald O'Bunga, camel Skibidi Toilet, boss Skibidi Toilet, and a normal one. The total cost is $25. He lists the specific characters he hopes to find.

Jay receives a call from O'Bunga and the camel Skibidi Toilet, who mock his appearance and know he just bought their Happy Meals. Unboxing the Ninja Kids Happy Meal, Jay finds a backpack clip, a ghost toy, chicken nuggets (which he shares with his cameraman), a skateboard toy, fries, and yogurt. He believes the Ninja Kids are watching him and quickly leaves in the Uber.

Gibby (presumably the cameraman) insists on getting a 20-piece chicken nugget meal, singing about it repeatedly. He orders a 20-piece McNugget with barbecue and sweet and sour sauce, paying with his mom's credit card.

Jay flies his drone to monitor Gibby inside McDonald's and look for the Ninja Kids. He notes the McDonald's is near his house and is known for haunted toys. He doesn't see the Ninja Kids initially but spots them near garbage cans, believing they are looking for food.

Jay continues to scour the area with his drone, mentioning Halloween is approaching and suggesting a trick-or-treating livestream. He spots the Ninja Kids again near the McDonald's sign and expresses concern for Gibby's safety. He hears knocking at his door implying the Ninja Kids are looking for him.

Jay opens the second Happy Meal, which he identifies as the Obunga Skibidi Toilet Happy Meal, finding a monkey toy, Reese's Pieces, and mediocre fries. He then hears the Skibidi Toilet song playing, making him nervous and suspecting the characters are close by.

Before opening the remaining Happy Meals, Jay watches a video compilation of different Skibidi Toilets, identifying various types like the boss, green-haired, DJ, Joe Biden, LeBron James, and police versions. He then sees all the Skibidi Toilets dancing outside, prompting him to start his car in terror, fearing they will attack him.

Jay receives a group call from the characters whose Happy Meals he just bought. They question why he ordered them at 3 AM and claim they gave him 'rarest toys.' Jay begins unboxing the Vlad and Niki Happy Meal, finding a bike toy, salty fries, and chicken nuggets that smell 'rotten' and 'like fish.' He plans to re-collect all nuggets to feed to birds later.
