This 'they were here the whole time' justification follows a familiar, albeit repetitive, pattern established by previous class updates.

Hadron’s dismissive behavior toward Randic reflects the increasing autonomy of the Adeptus Mechanicus and the ongoing erosion of Randic's authority. With various factions like the Arbides and the Comissariat asserting control, Randic faces constant challenges to his command, a recurring but slow-moving plot thread in the game's narrative.
