Summary
Highlights
Four brave police officers, including Officer Blaze, Officer AJ, Officer Pickle, and the narrator (Officer Stripes), are introduced. They are called to a spaghetti restaurant where all the spaghetti has been stolen by a mysterious thief, who is revealed to be a chicken.
After the chicken thief escapes, Officer Pickle suggests using observation by looking for red chicken feathers the thief leaves behind. They activate a police searchlight in a dark tunnel and find feathers, indicating the thief's path.
The officers continue their pursuit. When they momentarily lose the thief again, they use their observation skills to find more red feathers, leading them to a toy store.
Inside the toy store, they use observation once more to locate red feathers, pinpointing the chicken's hiding spot. They confront the chicken, who reveals she was only trying to find her lost picnic basket because she was hungry.
Officer Stripes finds the chicken's picnic basket. The spaghetti is returned, and the chicken gets her basket back, solving the case of the stolen spaghetti.
